ON 13TH FEBRUARY, 2026 HELD AN INVITATION TO SOD-CUTTING/SITE POSSESSION CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. BASIC SCHOOL(KG, PRIMARY, JHS PHASE ONE 1 AT NYABOO)

The MCE, HON. Ebenezer Ekow Aidoo said, It was a moment of great joy for the people of Asante Akyem Central as we officially broke ground for the construction of the first-ever STEM School in Nyaboo on Friday, 13th February 2026.

He stated that this monumental project marks a significant step toward strengthening Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics education, and ensuring that our students are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s global world.

He mentioned that the project has now been handed over to the contractor, and it is our hope that by the end of the year, we will have the STEM School completed and ready for use.

He extended his heartfelt appreciation to the Chiefs and Elders of Nyaboo, the Assembly Members, NDC Party Executives, teachers, students, and the dedicated staff of the Municipal Assembly for their support and participation in making this historic occasion a success.
